Sculling Trial
The yuloh came out well. A couple of shots from the first sculling trial. Really the first time sculling for me. Felt like I was getting the hang of it after a few minutes but lots of room for improvement. At least I can move the boat around in a calm.
The yuloh handle projects off the bow when stowed. The blade lays on the tapered side deck.

Thanks for the pictures. They answered my 2 questions: the handle of the yuloh does extend over the bow when stowed and the plans call for an oar lock when sculling. Sounds like it is easy enough to get the hang of sculling. Question on the 3rd picture, is that your normal angle of heel when sailing? Looks like Fantasma is over on her starboard chine. When you are sculling, the boat looks level.
